OUR MISSION: To provide our customers with the essential tools and reliable background information designed to protect their goal of selecting qualified tenants or hiring and retaining honest, dependable, trustworthy employees, while demonstrating truthfulness and fairness using ethical and moral codes of conduct with each other, our customers, our suppliers, and each consumer we investigate.

To that end, NAPS is dedicated to protecting the consumer’s rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and recognizes their right to request a copy of their background report to review for accuracy of reporting. The FCRA spells out the rights consumers have with respect to background reports prepared by Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRA’s), including the right to dispute, directly with the CRA, the accuracy of the reports and the CRA’s obligations to re investigate such inaccuracies.
