DOT Integrations: Using our customized integration platform, when a driver completes your application online, we can incorporate portions of their application data into our system and begin the background check upon arrival. This shortens the time it takes to complete the application and decreases the turnaround time for background research. Additionally, the customized, highly-flexible automation workflow adds efficiency to application processing (e.g. workflow, document processing, status reporting, etc.), improving speed, and significantly reducing human error. Finally, we have automated the process that emails digital FCRA adverse action letters to applicants when a consumer report, either in whole or in part, causes their application to be declined.
